SUMMARY:Cooking Demo | Hollandaise
DESCRIPTION:Join Chef Dan to learn and make hollandaise sauce! \nThis demo will be interactive\, with the members teaming up as couples to make hollandaise sauce. Chef Dan will demonstrate how to make derivative sauces off of the mother hollandaise sauce. These derivative sauces are: Bearnaise\, Choron and Maltaise. \nThe class will include all materials\, hands-on instruction\, step-by-recipe card\, and food to taste with your sauce afterwards! \nMembers and their guests are welcome to join and the charge for the class will be applied to the member account. We need a minimum of six people to host the event. \nRegister by April 10th to Amy at abeman@invernessdenver.com.
