SUMMARY:Whiskey & Wine Dinner
DESCRIPTION:We will be inviting a rep with Wyoming Whiskey to come out to share some education and do a full tasting on several finishes of their premium products using regional ingredients! \nThe menu for this event is going to be nothing short of spectacular! The evening will feature a chilled beat and goat cheese salad with mustard greens and muscovado walnuts\, and family style serving of corn pudding with crispy brioche\, roasted baby carrots and citrus cauliflower with lavender butter and the stars of the show beef cheeks with barley risotto and honey BBQ duck confit. \nIf you or one of your guests wish to opt for a vegetarian option\, please let us know when you RSVP. \nThe cost per person is $40++ ($5 of which will be going to Give Kids the World)\, and this event is open to both Members and their guests. As we’ve done previously the charges will go to your Member House Account. This includes dinner\, dessert\, the tasting and two drink tickets. \nPlease RSVP to Kelsey Marcum\, Club Manager no later than Monday\, November 18th.
